We use digital medical records/electronic health records management for our patients. The use of data from patient records improves quality outcomes through their care management programs. Digital records provide an effective and comprehensive method of evaluating each patient. Having immediate access to blood work, radiographs and medical history in general helps building adequate information about the patient in order to administer satisfactory treatment without skipping important conditions that could be missed in paper records systems.
